Marcela Manjarrez, CEO of M Strategic Communications Consulting, brings over 25 years of strategic communications and research experience. She served as Chief Communications Officer at Centene Corporation, a Fortune 25 health care company, overseeing enterprise-wide strategic communications and media relations, and managed the Centene Charitable Foundation. Prior, Marcela spent 15 years at the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, reaching Vice President, Public Affairs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a master’s degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis. Marcela was recognized as one of the 101 Most Influential Latinos in 2025 by Latino Leaders Magazine. She is recognized as one of the Most Influential Business Women by the St. Louis Business Journal, and featured in Latino Leaders Magazine and Hispanic Executive for her corporate leadership.
